At Gauhet, we take great pride in the quality and efficacy of our organic agricultural products. We understand that occasionally, an order may not meet your expectations or may arrive in a damaged state. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or returns are processed.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original, sealed packaging. Due to the biological nature of our liquid and granular organic formulas (such as Amrut Jal and Ghan Jivamrut), we cannot accept returns for products where the safety seal has been broken or tampered with, as this compromises the product’s integrity and shelf-life.
2. Returns Window
Our standard returns window is 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We encourage you to inspect all products immediately upon arrival to ensure they meet your professional requirements.
3. Damaged or Defective Goods
In the rare event that your organic products arrive damaged or defective, Gauhet will provide a full replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage. We will expedite a new shipment or initiate a refund process immediately once the damage is verified.
4. The Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the goods. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
5. Non-Refundable Items and Services
Certain items and services provided by Gauhet are non-refundable. These include:
- Agricultural consultancy and technical advice services once rendered.
- Products purchased during special clearance or final-sale events.
- Shipping and handling charges from the original purchase.
6. Return Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to a product defect or shipping error by Gauhet. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if handled by us) will be deducted from your refund.
